In the video’s defense, I don’t see anyone actually drinking while riding. There are plenty of folks being adorably twee while riding — I would be immediately suspicious of anyone on a bike waving at me that vigorously, but then, that’s me — but that is, as far as I know, not a crime.

The waving thing is a little over done. Nobody in this city is all that friendly.

Anybody trying that hard to get your attention clearly has something to sell.

They’re probably all headed downtown with their clipboards.

You are apparently not a member of the PDX Cargo Bike Gang. We’re very friendly. 😉

Hey thanks for putting this up, Jonathan! And thanks to everyone who came out for the shooting days. We had so much fun riding around Portland with all of you.

Our trailer was produced by Domen Ožbot, a bike loving filmmaker visiting from Slovenia.

We’re so excited to be at the Hollywood Theatre this year with a Festival Lounge all weekend long at Velo Cult. Hope to see you there May 22-24. Buy your tickets now – some shows (but not all) have limited seating.

Year 13 of Filmed by Bike… who knew we’d ever get here? Thank you Portland for all your support over the years! We’re an arts and culture event, to be sure, but it’s the Portland bike community that got us to where we are today.

Let’s Ride!

Love it! Especially awesome to see my friends Erik and Krista– Erik owns the grill bike, which is also a swing bike. They always seem to be having fun!

(BTW, their car got stolen– and Krista found it while on a walk yesterday. How awesome is that?)
