You can bring in food from wherever you like and we'll have plenty of Belgian beer to slake your thirst. If you arrive from a ride, we have loaner u-locks and tons of bike parking.

Event Description: All roads lead to the Rose Quarter for this year's Bike to Blazers event. The team wants every fan to pedal to the 6pm tip-off vs. Dallas Mavericks to demonstrate how easy and fun it is to get around by bike. BikePortland invites you to join us at 4pm at the Salmon Street Fountain (Salmon and Naito Parkway) for a bike parade to the arena where the Blazers will host a variety of sustainability oriented events and information packed guests like: Friends of Trees, Portland Farmers Market, Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, Energy Trust and the Portland Water Bureau. We will all meet up on the South Commons where there will be plenty of bike parking, Blazers dancers, interactive games, microbrew tasting and 95.5 will be broadcasting live.

You are invited whether you attend the game or not. Group rides will be departing for the arena from various locations around the city. Why not lead one yourself? If you'd like to choose a starting time/ location and announce it here, just drop us a note.

What to bring: Bring the family, a bike lock, lights for the ride home and the extra money you saved by leaving the car at home.

    The project is currently in the design and engineering phase. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2012.

    The City of Portland is designing improvements for Division Street that includes curb bump-outs, green street vegetated stormwater facilities and other pedestrian safety improvements.
    In addition, the sewer line under Division will be replaced, and the street repaved.

    We will hold an open house to give the community an opportunity to review designs being developed for Division Street. The design process is currently at 30%. This is an excellent time to see how the design is coming along and to talk with the design team.

We’ll be doing six challenging rides together to prepare you for the spring and summer riding season! We're focusing on progressing your strength and skills, so come to as many as you can! There are many awesome cycling events to do in Oregon, including the Pioneer Century, Reach the Beach, Bridge Pedal, and Seattle to Portland! Join us this spring to make sure you're ready!

    Event Description: Bike n Hike has been serving Oregon cyclists since 1971, and we're throwing a party to say “thanks” to our loyal customers! This coming Friday, February 25, Bike n Hike Portland will open our doors from 7:00-9:30pm for a celebration featuring refreshments from Hopworks and a benefit raffle for the Bicycle Transportation Alliance.
