which will help, truly... but this is portland. i suspect that the gap between the deck and the seat will be more than enough for a muddy mohawk.
that said... likely a very easy fix for what remains an awesome looking design!

There is a 5mm threaded hole in the front and two 5mm fender bosses on the middle of the upper tube for attaching a fender.

I saw this rig tooling around PIR at the HPC last year. Wanted to ride it, but I was too busy frolicking in the Human Powered wonderland. I got a kick seeing it during the 1 hour race every time I rounded the last chicane. You guys are nuts :-) God love you for this beautiful work and all you do for HPV.
