DIY bike parking in NoPo
Por Que No, a popular tacqueria in north Portland has started their
own version of an on-street bike parking “corral”.
haven’t talked to the owner about it (he wasn’t there), but I suspect
he’s either trying to make a point, or he’s in the process of getting
some on-street bike parking so he’s just getting folks used to the
idea.
