PUMP's Forest Park mountain bike tour

Tom Miller (Commissioner Sam Adams' Chief of Staff) and Matthew Grumm (Public Relations and Policy Manager for Commissioner Saltzman) before the ride.

The Portland United Mountain Pedalers (PUMP) invited City of Portland
bureaucrats for a tour of Forest Park. The ride was meant to educate
city staff about mountain bike trails and give them an up-close
experience with mountain biking.
