PUMP's Forest Park mountain bike tour pump "mountain bikes" "forest park"

The Portland United Mountain Pedalers invited City of Portland
bureaucrats for a tour of Forest Park. The ride was meant to educate
city staff about mountain bike trails and give them an up-close
experience with mountain biking.
