I love to see a ton of bikes, but situation makes no sense.
why are the people halfway down the block waiting in the bike lane when they could merge over into the vehicular lane and pull all the way forward to behind the truck? if there is 1 car and 60 bikes, there is no reason to all squeeze into the bike lane.

hey kit - it's because that lane is for right turns only (except for the busses).
Everyone in that bike lane is heading straight onto the Hawthorne bridge.

And there is a bus on it's way. That's going to make it really crowded/tight.
