Deep in the bowels of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (the main location of the National Bike Summit) lies a very nice bicycle storage room... It's the work of none other than the Environmental Protection Agency, who has offices in the building.
I've got that very same light on my bike. And you know they must think the place is safe if they just leave their stuff on like that.
