Route from Downtown to SW 25th & Huber

I mostly ride North & Eastside. Know the Westside, but not by bike. Any advice on a good route to 25th & Huber?

I'd take Terwilliger all the way out to SW Maplecrest Dr just before the "Y" intersection with Boones Ferry Rd. Take a right on Maplecrest. From here (according to Google Maps), you're in a subdivision-like thicket of twisty streets that will eventually get you to 25th and Huber.

I'd look it up for yourself, since I'd probably only confuse you by trying to write out directions. Going out Barbur is another choice; not as hilly as Terwilliger, but not very pleasant or safe either. But Terwilliger will be the most direct route with a bike lane and reasonably low levels of traffic. Also, be prepared for a lot of hills.

I concur with nuovo - but Maplecrest really winds around & about & up & down so you might want to consult a map lest you wander thru the wilds of SW for longer than is seemly -
