To the Portland Police Dept: I'm no woss and enjoy the mud as much as most but you guys created a hazard where there was no hazard for us bicyclists. Thanks for leaving all the mud, rocks, & debri on the paved trail this morning during your training exercise in Oaks Bottom. Didn't your mother ever teach you to be considerate of others? That trail you distroyed was a walking trail, i.e. no bikes, no ATV's, etc. And the trail you left all your muck on is a bike trail, not an ATV trail...

Mung, i'd direct your complaint to Portland Parks & Recreation - find them at portlandonline.com. Parks manages the trail, & if the cops are out making a mess of things then Parks needs to know about it.
