Is there a place that I rent bike tools on-site?
I need to face some bottom brackets and head tubes. |

Renting bike tools to take home and work on your bikes there, I wouldn't know. Otherwise, places like the Washington County Bike Transportation Coalition in Hillsboro...for an hourly rate or membership, use their tools in their shop...may be a possibility.

Bike farm maybe? I can't say enough nice things about Metropolis. Some things are better left to the pro's. I think the CCC might have open bike stand nights... at least they used to.

Bike Farm does not have any facing tools.
The CCC does, however, you'd only have access to them one night a month during their volunteer wrenching nights. And, to qualify as an eligible volunteer there, you'd have to volunteer a minimum of 30 hours. |
