Vernonia from Hillsboro Max:Point by Point Directions??

We are on Max and will be a wee bit too late to join the group today heading to Vernonia.

A few years ago someone gave me awesome point by point directions on the forums, can't seem to get the search feature to function on my iPhone.

Can anyone post directions to Vernonia?
