Suit
Outfit-wise I was thinking that someone would/could come up with a lit spandex cycling skin suit. As ridiculous as that might look I don't think it is any less ridiculous than the fashionable race cycling outfits and it would have the distinct advantage of being more visible.
   The light suits used in filming are actually lit in reality not CGI.

that Down Low Glow is exactly what I did last night to my rear wheel... mounted a blue cold cathode tube in there...
my friend mounted one along the bottom of his top tube... gives that cool pavement glow, and lights up his socks... ... Tron suit, been done, but could use finishing... Tron Guy!!!
