I really like the bike parking garage. That's something I would be willing to pay for. Safe and secure!
The problem have with the bike tree I could see a lot of rear wheels getting messed up from people jumping up and hanging off of them.

I could see both being used in different locations. The garage in a more high-crime area and in places with more density. The tree would be great for some of the larger companies outside the city limits. If they built them tall enough so the bottom of back tire was 20 feet off the ground I don't know how many would jump up to get to the bikes.
I liked the mini bike-esculator.
