Update on PM Spam issue

Hey everyone,

First, please let me apologize for all the PM spam problems. I read all of your emails and feedback about it and I regret that those darn spammers reached your inboxes.

I got so bad I had to shut the forums down for a few days.

To fix the issue I upgraded to the most recent version of vBulletin and I changed private messaging permissions.

In the course of this fix, I might have deleted some legit users awaiting permission to join the forums. If you were one of those, just send me an email at maus.jonathan [at] gmail.com and I'll add you.

I've seen you both apologize for the spam and, well, I don't think you have anything to apologize for (spammers are an unfortunate reality despite everyone's best efforts) and I want to thank you both for this great resource and all you've done to keep it healthy. Thanks!
