Neck Cooling Wraps are neat when there's HEAT to beat!

Found a DIY on making your own Neck Cooling Wraps. You know, the ones that you add water to and tie around your neck to cool yourself off with.



When I finish mine, I'll post images. I'm planning on making several, as I've noticed an odd smell that occurs after they get a little old (still work, they just smell a little)

BTW, they make well appreciated gifts to members of our Armed Forces serving in hot places. Just make sure to use appropriate (subdued) colors.
