This is a Wells recognized Portland icon... So, where is this?

I've yet to finish (heck really begin) the conversion of Henry into a HiVis retroreflective bike. In the mean time, it nearly matched Mr. Statue's color scheme.

He's a cool guy, and I'm Honored to call him a friend!

@Wyeast: Henry was to be gold, but the gold that I received (ordered by mail) came out as a dijon mustard like color. In the dark it was Gold, but daylight wasn't very flattering...

Yep, you got it alright. Riding on I-84 after such a nice quiet path is certainly an interesting way to enjoy the gorge, but still fun in some crazy kind of way.

I think you may have forgotten that there aren't just Oregon residents here. I quickly remembered riding past the sign, it just took me a bit longer to remember exactly where. It's on NE 10th Ave in Clark County just to the south of 219th St, where the new exit off of I-5 was recently opened.

That's a view of the exit from the next overpass to the north. I still have yet to take that exit on my bike, although I would imagine it might be rather fun in one way or another.

Keeping with the theme of the previous picture, can you tell me where I found this view?

Do the rules of this game only allow the correct guesser of the last photo to post a new one, or is it more of a free-for-all where anyone can post photos to guess on?

I'm pretty new to Portland so I'm unlikely to get any of these, but I do take my camera with me most of the time when riding and like to shoot interesting things.

I intended it to be a free-for-all (like I could really enforce a rule like correct guesser only ). This is just a way of spicing things up here, and prompting people to post pics of places that people may not have been to yet, and might want to go and see.

and lynnef I still want to know how to get to see that dragon.

I'm not lynne, but The dragon is a little to the east of the "A" in this map, IIRC

Ooooh, a street view crew has driven by it. Awesome riding out that way. I used to ride out there with a low gear of 42x24 when I was a youngin. I have trouble with milder hills in my 42x28 these days, though.

While you're out that way, might as well see if the Oneonta Tunnel, a few miles to the east, is open yet.
