Portland Pedestrian Advisory Panel Needs Members!

Here's a way to infiltrate the ranks perhaps to improve bike/ped relations (perhaps get you foot in the door )... disguise yourself as a pedestrian... (Perhaps get us seperate trails for peds/cyclists so we can manouver w/out playing dodge ped?)

New Members are needed for the PAC which advises the City Council and other city bureaus on policies and projects that encourage and enhance walking within the city for rec and transportation needs.

Members serve 4 year terms and must commit to attending monthly evening meetings and participating in committee work.

And remember, cars kill a LOT more peds than cyclists, so let's work to provide them with a safe way to get around too.
