Springwater Corridor at Jenne Road

Anyone know what's going on there? I knew about the detour around the washed-out bridge, but now there's a long, torn-up section with no obvious detour signs going eastbound (except I went North to Powell and found a couple up there).

the way to West Powell Loop (approx. 190th) for sewer work. Jenne Road is "supposed" to open in November but I am not sure when the trail is to open.
It's pretty torn up and I don't see it opening soon. Powell is the only option
for a detour.
