Well, it depends on what you are looking for.
There is Team Oregon http://www.teamoregon.org/ every Saturday
There is Portland Wheelmans Touring Club http://www.pwtc.com/ almost every day of the week.
Portland Velo http://www.portlandvelo.net/ They do several each week.

Those are the main organized rides I know of. Hope that helps.
