Can't take too much time to go into details, but today at the Tigard Auto Center, in a physical confrontation with the owner, he tried to bite me. I managed some video, but I cannot upload it until I get home tonight...

Come out to the Tigard 5th Tuesday City Council Meeting and hear my tale.

I called the cops, they came out in force.

I know now why I wasn't a videoographer, and the message in my Fortune cookie today "You may laugh now, but tonight..." Between Sam and the Tigard Auto Center fiasco, and the underwhelming response to the 5th tuesday meeting tonight, today bit...

I'm limited to 90 seconds per video on flickr, and I was trying to figure out if my camera was or wasn't working while taking these images...

I didn't catch it when he was trying to bite my finger. As you can see in the images, I kept my camera out of his face despite his inches from my nose. he poked my camera, hit my camera with his phone after he tried to grab my camera, he repeatedly called me a "MOTHERF**KER" he demanded that I get off his property (I was on the sidewalk). When I didn't and while I was pointing out the sidewalk to him, he tried several times to bite my finger!!! Had he managed to do it... Well, I'll leave that up to you to imagine (Not a pretty image)... Several cops came when I called Non-Emergency...

Later today, I took this image...


Perhaps someone clued him in...

This is where his vehicles should be parked, he only needs the cement curb stops, and to remove the painted stripes on the sidewalk and it'd be golden...

Still, ODOT and Washington County can't demolish this blight fast enough...

I see a sit-in coming up soon

I kid you not, I had a run in with the exact same person roughly 4 years ago, on a July Afternoon- while riding my bike.

As I rode north to the transit center, he blew into the parking lot of the NAPA parts store- turned left, failed to yield, missed me by a foot. When I pointed out the error of his ways, he physically threatened me. As much as I would have enjoyed introducing him to the joys of an Aikido Z-lock and ripping some tendons out of his joints, I decided he wasn't worth the Attorney Fees and time, so I hopped on my bike and went to work while he shouted insults and did the things small men do.

Does that sound familiar?

This guy has a pattern of behavior that needs correcting.

Oh, yeah, that him Exactly...

If there is such a thing as Karma, I'd think that it would have him come to grief under the wheels of his own car (ie his lift fails when he's fixing it). You know, one where there nobody to blame but himself... Unfortunatly, his wife is his match (like the evil yorkies...). I got to listen to them both screech at me in their favorite english phrases... "F**K YOU!!! YOU GO F**K YOUSELF!!! MOTHERF**KER!!!" (actually, now that I think about it... they deserve each other).

And I don't think that a sit in would do anything other than endanger lives. Sam, and his wife are a menace. Perhaps they deserve a spot on The Watch List..., but I have yet to determine which car is theirs... I hadn't thought to look.
