Woman in red volvo, talking on cell phone. She ran stop sign & almost nailed me. I guess she wanted another shot because at the next block, there she was again: still on the phone, running another stop sign while looking *right at me*.

Lore around the motorcyling community for ages is that Death himself drives a Volvo wagon. It's metallic tan/gold or green....sometimes he switches to a green Dodge minivan.

Full disclosure: I used to own a Volvo 740 Wagon - great car when it ran!

In my bike travels I've observed Death driving the following vehicles (no offense to anyone that also drives these rigs):

Ford Explorer
Mercedes M Class SUVs
TriMet Buses
Broadway Cabs
