you can attach photos to your post... and insert them into your post... by just hitting the botton that says insert image like people just click the name of the photo and it pops up. there are ways...

Thanks, I'll give that a try. This forum software looks similar to another that I frequent but they process images differently....due to higher volume of images included in posts.

So first I clicked reply, then the paperclip attachment icon.
Then I browsed my files for the perfect image in this scenario.
I uploaded the image "5 People On A Bike"
The uploaded image then became attached - but I also right-clicked (or control-click on a mac) its new address, and selected "copy link location."

Next, back here inthe post, I'm going to click the postcard "insert image" icon, and paste in the link.

Perhaps I find a related image (or smilie) on a topic.

I'll right click on the desired image, then select properties (Apple users, your on your own for this). Copy the URL info of the image.

Then in this forum, I click on "Insert Image", which is when MIE pops up the "Information bar". Click on the bar, then click on "Temporarily Allow Scripted Windows". Click on "Insert Image" again.

Paste the URL (in this case from Jonathan's flickr photo pages), and Voila!
