how to go about getting a steel frame painted or powdercoated?

Well my new commuting steed arrived via ups today.steel Frame with carbon fork.

Its a 99 GT Edge, steel road frame that I want stripped repainted...or powder coated.

The paint is chipped hell and the steel is exposed in some parts with minimal rust.

anyone know a good inexpensive frame painter or powder coating facility?

And how would I get it stripped?

Call J.D.'s in Forest Grove. I have never used them, but the prices seem reasonable. They sandblast the frames prior to powder coating. This is from their craigslist add.

$120 for frame
Includes sandblasting of frames, forks extra 20.00. Trans color a extra 20.00.
