Logan Road in Clatsop County

I'll be head to Seaside via Jewell and Olney at the end of the month. Google Maps says to take Youngs River Road and cut off at Logan Road. Is Logan Road paved? Thanks

Yes. It intersects Lewis and Clark Road, and far preferable to riding on Highway 101. We use this route to go from Fort Stevens to Seaside on the Recumbent Retreat.

Do you know about Tucker Creek Lane? That links Youngs River Road and Logan Road and shaves quite a bit off the ride going to Seaside. Thanks

Cycle Oregon went over Tucker Creek Lane in 2005 during the Vernonia to Astoria leg on day 7. I recall it being a short climb up and over the hill to the other side, mostly rural residential housing, nothing to be troubled by.
