Default Beer and Bikes at the Oregon Brewers Festival

Celebrating 26 years of the pouring of some of the finest craft brews in the world, the Oregon Brewers Festival takes over the northern end of Tom McCall Waterfront Park.

"Always the last full weekend in July" this year's event has been expanded to run from Wednesday July 24th - Sunday the 28th offering five days of celebration with friends and family and some of the best craft brews you'll find anywhere.

For over 17 of those 26 years, we've offered secure, monitored parking for your bike. In all that time, no bikes were lost, stolen or ridden away drunkenly .

While entry is free, participants over 21 have to pay for their tasting glass and beer.

For only a little more than 2 hours of your time, you can get your glass and 12 tokens free! That is enough for 12 samples or 3 full beers!

Just sign up and the rest is almost automatic. You'll get email confirmations and we get your information to put on our list so you are certain to get your mug and tokens, as well as the gratitude of thousands of cyclists who use the facility each year.

The start times are a suggested early arrival so those who you relieve can bring you up-to-date on current conditions and to review the process.

Please include your phone number in the comments section.

A portion of the proceeds benefit the Rotary Club of Portland-Westside Kinnaman School Food drive.

Default sip, sip, slurp!

As long as I don't have to drink my beer through a straw...it's all good!

Best wishes on the event!

Thumbs up In a glass

The OBF is using glass this year to save taste and less/easier recycling. Are you signing up?
