Tigard to Durham via Tualatin-Sherwood

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a longer route to commute to work. Right now, my commute is 5.25 miles (give or take a half tenth).

My proposed route is Hwy 99W to Tualatin-Sherwood Rd, then cut through the Haggen parking lot to Boones Ferry, over the river and up the hill to Upper Boones Ferry, straight on to the office.

My question is, how busy and/or safe is this proposed route? I've been on Tual-Sher on the weekend, but never at 7:00AM on a weekday. And I haven't biked on 99W past Durham Rd, weekday or weekend.

If anyone has any words of wisdom or advice, I'd appreciate it!
