Riverview Cemetery

I recall some kerfuffle a while back about using the RV Cemetery road as a through-road for bicycles. Does anyone recall what the management of the cemetery says with regard to cyclists? Are we free to use the roads? Are there less prohibited times than others to ride through? While I freely admit to using this route on occasion, I'd like to know where cyclists stand in the eyes of the cemetery's operators.
