Covered, secure, bike parking, south part of downtown?

I've been hearing they are going to make the cubicles smaller at my job. That may mean that I won't be able to park my bike inside any more. So I am checking out alternatives.

Does anyone know of indoor bicycle parking, or even a bike box, in my part of downtown, near SW 1st and Arthur?

I'm aware of the PSU bicycle garages, but I'm not sure if they are open to non-students. I did email that question to them.
