Just watched these 3 dudes try and sell this bike downtown - likely stolen

Don't want to include all the details away here but I just watched these 3 extremely sketchy dudes try and move this bike downtown. Near 3rd and Washington.

Am hoping perhaps the bike may look familiar to someone - silver bottle cage, rear rack, couldn't figure out make but there's a light colored logo (orange?) in front.

I'll be watching the stolen listings but pls message me if this looks familiar to anyone. And if you see these dudes downtown, flag the cops - I went looking for them and lost them.

Isn't this out front of the old Dekum Building? Pictures aren't very clear, but the last, biggest file size seems to show low quality, older bikes...see big chainwheel protector and chrome steel spoke protector in back. Can't see much of the darker colored bike. Guys might be sketchy, but hard to tell in the pics...basically clean clothes. Thanks for the heads up.
