I will start with my sincerest apologies to the road bike I tried to run over along Nato Pkwy. Hope your bike is still in good condition... my trike survived once I put the chain back in order. If you had trouble with yours, PM me and well have my people talk to your people.
Otherwise it was a good ride. Again, as with every year, the late starters were merged with the early riders. This time it was the 8-bridge group that got dumped right in front of the 10-bridge group and caused some friction at the pinch points.
Getting to do the Marquam twice was a new twist.
And I suppose someone owes a serious apology to all those poor people stuck on east-bound US26. About 11:00am, it was really stacking up quick and didn't seem to be moving very fast. I'm glad I was heading outbound.
