Secured downtown bike parking?

Hello everybody - I'm relocating to an office downtown that doesn't support in-building bike parking. Can anybody point me towards secure, non-sucky bike parking close to Morrison & 3rd?

I've checked out the city's list of bike lockers (4th and Morrison?) but it looks like availability can be an issue. And I hear that some of the parking garages in that area have cage options but I'm a little leery of that.

Any other options down in that part of Portland?

FWIW: I've been watching the "Portland Bike Station" office for the last week from my new office window.

Work's been going on in there - workmen coming in and out - and I finally got a chance to stop in and talk to the folks inside. It sounds like it is going to be operational soon, with some mix of parking/services/shop/rentals, possibly a 7am-7pm operating schedule, which would be absolutely fantastic.

I will have some more info tomorrow hopefully, the guys inside were super helpful and it sounds like they're looking for a lot of community input.
