Bike crash on SE 42nd and Holgate - 2006/10/17 ~7:30am
Anyone know any more info on this? Saw this on my commute in (I ride by here every day). Saw a green mountain bike on the ground with the front wheel taco'd. A firetruck and Ambulance were blocking Holgate.
This is a tricky intersection for sure, since the bike route jogs across Holgate and up/down a hill that's blind at the top. No turn lane and on-street parking that block visibility and squeezes left-turners onto the double-yellow.
