I've been trying to find a way that voids the majority of the heavily traveled roads out here in Beaverton to get to the Beaverton TC. I'm coming from 170th and end up riding Milikan to Cedar Hills, but after that its either: a) straight on to Hall and the magic disappearing bike lane right after the MAX tracks. b) wander my way thru parking lots past the Round to Westgate on onto Center - or c) an alternative I haven't thought of. (besides Canyon)
Any ideas? I'm trying to avoid heavy trafficked areas, would like a bike lane, but it's not necessary. More than anything, I'm curious. Tom

If you do not mind a tiny bit of "off road".... Follow Millikan to its dead end (cross Watson and Hall). Then ride behind the apartment complex on the grass and dirt to Lombard. You are right across from the Beaverton TC.
That's assuming the commuter rail construction has died down. Access to the path has been spotty. |
