All of the workers that I've ever encountered have been cool with bikes. I try and make eye contact and nod or give some kind of greeting on my way up in the mornings (especially the rainy ones). At night it's a different issue, you are not supposed to be in there and will get chastized/told to leave if caught, and don't try and run away from the very rarely present gaurd, it will only piss him off.
