how do I remove myself from my team on the BTA Bike Commute Challenge?

it didn't take me long to realize that I'm not going to spend 5 hours a day commuting by bike the 20 miles to work over the west hills... the 3 hours I spend via bus/train is already too much...

I don't want to continue getting emails from my team, or even having my 0 mile accomplishment on the team list...

I didn't see anywhere to get off the team, or even to stop the emails...
