Riding west on N Skidmore just past MLK, approached and passed a large skip parked on the curb. As I was passing it, this light blue minivan (Oregon plate 533 CLC) approached and passed me on the left, and drove in toward me. Passed me with less than 6" between me and the car, and the skip hard on the right. Yipe!
