Logsdon route
I'll second C-T's nomination of the Siletz-Logsdon-Nashville route as an excellent route choice. There's a county campground outside of Logsdon on the Siletz River that's quite nice, and a (small) store in Logsdon - or there was when i rode this 6 years or so ago - but that's about it form services between Siletz & the outskirts of Corvallis.
A beautiful, quiet ride, not to be missed imo.
