Frame repair?
Does anybody know where in town to get a steel frame repaired?
It is always said that steel is repairable, but it doesn't do me any good to own a repairable frame if nobody does it.

my take
In the interest of complying with the audible warning law I just clack my brake levers.

You may test ride it at a bike shop and cruise it around the neighborhood,...

Did anybody else read the Oregonian Op-Ed advocating converting the partially washed out Tillamook railroad line into a ped/bike trail.
It seems it could be a rails to trails conversion similar to...

Sweet!
What a happy story.
I think many people would be more enthusiastic about biking if they had new-ish bikes to ride. Lighter bikes with a bit of zip.
