Fanno Creek
That is a section of the Fanno Creek multi-use trail. Last I knew, plans were in the works to connect that section east to Scholls Ferry.
The hard part will be connect west of 217 in the future.

If you do not have the money to spend at this time, just by a hardtail. If you have the money, go with a FS. I now ride a FS and love it. It allows me to ride longer without killing my lower back....

Another GF MTB here. I built up a GF Wahoo for commuting. Added fenders, a rack, lights, bar ends, and street tires. On snow days I get out my KHS full suspension with mud tires.
