I'm not really bothered by traffic. But I just wanted to find out from someone who may have taken that route that it was safe. It seems like the shoulder of the road is fairly wide.

I absolutly agree that he shouldn't have cut off the cycler. And being in portland, a top rated city for cyclers, needs to be much more aware of them on the road.

I ride from SE to the Washington Square area. I'm pretty new to it and have been taking Olsen. I've thought there was a better way and I'm glad to have found the Left on 71st from Multahnomah way....
