I put one on my Trek520 and have about 2K o it. I did not notice that breaking it in was any problem. Very comfortable.

Bike are for riding
My feeling is that since the train is full of peds at rush hour and bikes are a perfectly good form of transportation, why not ride the bike and make more room for the peds that need the train....

I-205 bridge to La Center
Hi,
I am going to be riding from PDX to Chehalis, WA and not sure of a good way through Clark County to connect up with the rest of my route in La Center.

They are all good
There are not many roads on the islands and they are all pretty good, depends on what you want. My favorite island has always been Shaw. Most of the time you can lay down in the road and take a nap....

Ice not 'black' on eastside
Looked out this morning and noticed how shiny the pavement was at my place, took it real slow and did not clip into the pedals. Made it to work without slipping.
