Springwater closure-Tideman Park

Does anyone know when the Springwater Corridor reopens, the section through the Tideman Park was closed as of Nov. 1st.

Springwater thru Tideman-Johnson Park open?

The website says the work will be "complete in November"...

Sign on the fence blocking the trail says Nov.1st. Would be nice if they would post opening date. No one seems to know when it will open. The crew working seem to be doing nothing for weeks at a time.... Sure would make my commute a lot easier if they would get it done.
