reporting broken glass in vancouver

hey does anyone know if clark county or the city of vancouver has a number to report broken glass. There are a number of smashed bottles in the bike lane on mcgillvary on of which I didn't see in time this morning resulting in a flat. I'd love to be able to call and let them know where the street needs some sweeping.
