found! green bike with fenders. where is the owner?

i found a bicycle about three weeks ago near dawson park- in front of emmanual hospitol inner NE PDX, and i posted it to craigslist twice and to tribe.net.

help me find the owner!

ill tell you: its green and has fenders (and its not a john deer- i know someone responded to my craigslist add looking for a john deer)

you tell me: about the bike. it is very easy to describe

i hope to find the owner of this bike

Seems like you've tried a bunch of avenues, and you probably already checked this but didn't mention in your post, but maybe the bikeportland.org stolen bike listings may connect the dots?
