The Eastbound light trigger on NW Rock Creek Blvd crossing NW 185th Ave. is now recognizing my bike.

Rock Creek Blvd. is a great way to get from points west (174th/Laidlaw) over to the Rock Creek Trail and Cornelius Pass Rd., but this signal has always been a problem. I used to think that the signal for the driveway at Westview HS did a better job of bike recognition, and so I would sneak down Lonerock and through the Westview sports fields to use that light to turn left onto 185th, then make a right onto Rock Creek. I'll now have to try just going straight through on Parkview to Rock Creek Blvd. again. Awesome.

Cool! Is the westbound sensor working for bikes, too?

I would hope they would check both, but if not, contact Washington Co. public works.

BTW: it seems they don't paint the little bike guy any more where the sensor works best.

Thanks for the link. I just used it to report the hole in the bike lane in front of Jones Farm.

The WB sensor at Rock Creek and 185th used to work, but quit working after some road work. We haven't checked lately, though: we've been using the pedestrian buttons. We'll give it a try.

Thanks again.
