Well, I've been a travel agent (wholesale) for the last 10(ish) years, and I've worked on phone support for Apple Computer for a few months recently, and nearly a year and a half 12 years ago. Mostly, I do incoming call center work.

What is your education level and what are you interested in doing?

Some college (OIT/SOSC) in math/computer programming (unfinished). Given my druthers, I'd be getting into bike/ped/ADA advocacy.
