local source for sheldon fender nuts?

Finally replacing the raceblades with some better-coverage fenders, but my front brake has a recessed mount. Does anybody know if any of the local shops stock the sheldon fender nuts (like so: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/harris/fenders.html#sheldon)

we have them at the bike shop at the tualatin REI. I use them all of the time on fender installs and they work great.
