Local bike attorney Ray Thomas is seeking information on areas that bikes are having problems with rail.

Now that there is all this talk about improving our infrastructure, perhaps now is the time to seek ways of improving the bike/rail interface.

Glad to see this. In an earlier posting on BP it was noted that a large % of cyclists surveyed had crashed (and some injured) on street car and max tracks. It sounded like an opportunity for a class action or other large scale suit.

I bought it once as well.

Knock'em dead (or at least get the city to make riding safe)
