Plan(s) for home-built bike locker?

For years, I have parked my bikes in my garage at home. (I have left my cars outdoors where they belong.) Now, I need space for some of my woodworking equipment. I am thinking about building a (multi-) bike locker that can accommodate four adult-size bikes, and possibly a recumbent (thinking ahead to my "golden years"). I would like my locker to be secure, waterproof, easy to load/unload, and fit in with my 1920's house style. Does anyone know where I might find some good "how-to" plans?

There are many "how to" books on shed building, maybe you could gather some ideas from there. However, I prefer to keep my bike(s) in the living room.
